All orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping generally takes 4-7 business days. Shipping charges are indicated in the item description. At this time we do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number, via email, so you can track the status of your item’s delivery on the USPS website.
We know you'll love your purchased items, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, less shipping/handling charges and 10% restocking fee.
We will gladly accept returns up to 15 days from the original date of shipment. Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. No refund will be issued on worn or used items or on SALE or CLEARANCE Items. You will receive a refund in the same form of your original payment method less shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please contact us first, before shipping your return so that we can issue your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please note returns will not be accepted or processed without this RMA Number. Once we issue you a RMA Number, complete and enclose the return packing slip enclosed with your order and follow the Shipping Your Return instructions below. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was shipped out by our warehouse. There is a 10% restocking fee for all items returned.
We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. If you are thinking about returning a pair of shoes, we recommend trying them on in a carpeted area for a limited time. Worn clothing, shoes and accessories can not be returned. Your return package should contain the merchandise with all tags attached, the undamaged box and/or original packaging, the return packing slip that was enclosed with your order plus any free or promotional items that may have been included with your shipment as a part of a special promotion such as a Buy 1 Get 1. For all free/promotional items that are not returned, the cost of said free/promotional item will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment date. Any item with unattached tags will be ineligible for a return and no refund will be issued. Please do not return items without the tags attached.
Shipping Your Return
To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
o Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
o Complete the return/exchange invoice enclosed with your order
o Repack the items with all of their required articles in their box and place in a protective box
o Choose the shipping method of your choice, and return to the address listed on your return/exchange invoice.
o Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return reason is "wrong item received".
